Muttahida Qaumi Movement has expressed inability to join new federal cabinet, Aaj News reported. Quoting sources, the channel said the new cabinet would take oath in two phases and Muttahida has expressed inability to join it in first phase. The party sources said consultations to join the new cabinet were continuing and MQM will not become part of the cabinet in first phase.
