BUCHAREST: Romania sold a planned 800 million lei ($205.09 million) worth of one-year treasury bills on Thursday, with the average accepted yield at 0.79 percent, central bank data showed.
Debt managers last issued one-year paper in July at a similar 0.79 percent yield.
So far this year, Romania has sold roughly 30.6 billion lei and 340 million euros of domestic bills and bonds. It has tapped foreign markets for 1.75 billion euros of 2027 and 2035 Eurobonds.
