PDMA being upgraded on modern lines

asdfLAHORE: Provincial Disaster Management Authority is being upgraded on modern lines to face calamities.

Addressing a meeting here on Saturday, PDMA Director General Khalid Sherdil said that a strategy was being evolved in collaboration with civil defence and Rescue 1122 to cope with any untoward incident. He said that all departments were being equipped with modern instruments.

"Training courses in collaboration with UNICEF and Civil Defence department will be arranged in all schools of Multan," he added.
