PRAGUE: The Czech crown rose on Friday to its strongest level against the euro since the central bank abandoned a currency cap in April.
At 1455 GMT the crown was up 0.3 percent on the day at 26.068 to the euro, off a fresh high of 26.048.
The central bank had kept a cap on crown strength, preventing it from firming past 27 to the euro for more than three years before ending the policy on April 6.
