Khobaib Hussain, Ishaaq Hussain and Shahid Kasam Khan, all 19, and Naweed Mahmood, 24, were charged with engaging in conduct in preparation of terrorist acts. The four had been arrested on Tuesday. West Midlands Police said they had been charged in connection with Operation Pitsford, a major counter-terror probe that has already seen eight people charged and appear in court. |
