Telenor Pakistan will expand its cellular network to more parts of the Northern Areas and Chitral from July 1 (today). The company had launched its services in Chitral and two districts of the Northern Areas-Gilgit, Skardu and it would expand network further to Dorash, Baroz, Shandur and Ghizer, a statement said on Saturday.
Besides, the company will also facilitate the customers to enjoy Telenor's innovative services such as smart-share, easy-load, mobile TV and all other offers that the company's subscribers enjoy all over Pakistan.
For the first time, Telenor will provide cellular service at the world highest polo ground Shandur from July 1. Telenor Pakistan is the official sponsor of the event and has determined to ensure that visitors coming to the event are able to meet all their telecommunication needs through their network, said Sigvart Voss Eriksen, Chief Marketing Officer, Telenor Pakistan.
