Vice chancellor MUET leaves for Umrah

Vice Chancellor Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET) Jamshoro Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan Rajput has proceeded to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah. The University spokesman informed here on Saturday.
According to spokesman, during his absence till July 6, 2007, the vice-chancellor has authorised Professor Dr Muhammad Rafique Abro, Dean Faculty of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Professor Dr Muhammad Aslam Uqaili Registrar and Engineering Munir Ahmed Shaikh Director Finance to deal academic, administrative and financial affairs of the university respectively.
