'Utility Store Corporation of Pakistan will open 5000 new Utility Sale Points at every Union Council level throughout the country instead of opening new big stores in the posh area of the cities', Sardar Muhammad Khan Regional Manager Utility Stores Corporation Lahore said here on Sunday.
He disclosed that all the basic commodities, including pulses, flour, Ghee, rice, and other daily use eatable items would be available at the Utility sale points.
He averred that four new sale points had been established at Sabzazar, Bagarian, Salamatpura, and Begumpura in the provincial capital. He added, 30 new sale points would be opened in the Lahore City.
The Regional Manger pointed that aim and objective of the sale points was to provide necessities of life to the residents of Katchi Abadies and undeveloped area of the country.
