The medical reimbursement committee of the University of Sindh has approved the medical reimbursement of Rs 1.184 million for the faculty members and officers in the second half (January to June-2007) of current financial year 2006-2007.
The committee meeting was presided over by Vice-Chancellor of the university Mazharul Haq Siddiqui who is also Chairman of the committee. Dr Muhammad Anwar Memon Professor of LUMHS who is Convenor of the committee, Director Finance Faiz Muhammad Hingoro as its Secretary/member and Chief Accountant Rasool Bux Lashari and other members of the committee attended the meeting.
Giving the details Chief Accountant Lashari said that the committee in its second meeting in the second half of the current financial year (January to June 2007) approved an amount of Rs 1.184 million against medical bills submitted by the university's 46 faculty members of grade between 18 to 21 and 3 officers of grade 17.
