Malik directs action against illegal foreigners living in capital

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister A Rehman Malik Saturday directed the administration of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) to initiate action against foreigners living in the capital illegally and expel them to their native countries.

Presiding over a meeting of the ICT administration here, he directed to further tighten the security of the capital and enhance vigilance and patrolling of police and law enforcement agencies.

He said the security of the Red Zone especially diplomatic enclave should be enhanced further. Checking at the entry and exit points of the capital should be ensured.
