The second edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is mere days away, and cricket lovers both at home and abroad are anxiously waiting for the cricket spectacle to begin.
The teams too are al prepped up for the cricket tournament which begins on 9th Feb at the Dubai International Stadium, UAE.
Shahid Afridi Peshawar Zalmi at the moment is busy launching their brand new kits and a new title song sung by none other than Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.
Whereas, the Brendon McCallum led Lahore Qalandars have reached Dubai, becoming the first team to land in the UAE for the PSL II.
On the other hand, current PSL champion Islamabad United did some squad reshuffling and signed up England fast bowler Steven Finn as a replacement for West Indian all rounder Andre Russell. After Russell was sentenced one year ban from all type of cricket for one year.
The Jamaican was found guilty of failing to file his whereabouts three times in the calendar year. Therefore, as per WADA rules Russell has been banned from cricket for the period January 31, 2017, to January 30, 2018.
After Pakistan recent debacle cricket fans and experts are calling for fresh talent, PSL II could be that kickstarter if successful.
