Saad for effective reward, punishment system in Railways

LAHORE: Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has directed for making reward and punishment system effective in Pakistan Railways.

According to a PR spokesman, the minister has said that those who do some good work must be rewarded while strict action should be taken against those showing negligence.

PR Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Javed Anwar announced a prize of Rs 5,000 for Multan Division gangman Noor Muhammad who had helped Green Line and freight train avoid meeting an accident.

He had timely informed the administartion about the breakage of tracks to which the Green Line and freight train stopped.
