LARKANA: Garhi Khuda Bukhsh has become a hub of provincial politics, after former Pakistan President and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari is set to make his first major appearance on Tuesday alongside the party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at the ninth death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto
As per reports, PPP is likely to announce an anti-government movement, whereas, Zardari has also promised some good news to the party workers.
Hundreds of PPP workers have reached Garhi Khuda Bukhsh where the party has finalized arrangements. Foolproof security arrangements have been made on the occasion and around the stage, the mausoleum and near the main parking area in Naudero has been beefed up with special commandos and police officials deployed along the roads and main entrance points.
Besides, central leaders of PPP, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Sindh cabinat members, MNAs, MPAs will also be attending the party gathering today.
PPP leader Benazir Bhutto, was killed in a gun attack during an election rally in Rawalpindi on December 27, 2007.
