CM takes notice of injury caused to child by kite string

imageLAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday took notice of injury to an eight-year old child due to kite string here in Green Town and sought a report from Capital City Police Officer (CCPO).

The Chief Minister ordered that all treatment facilities should be provided to the injured child. He also ordered action against the persons responsible for negligence, observing that ban on kite flying should be strictly implemented as violation in that regard would not be tolerated.

He directed that indiscriminate action be taken against violators.
