ISLAMABAD: A meeting of the Inquiry Commission on Abbottabad Operation was held in the Cabinet Division on Tuesday under the Chairmanship of Justice Javed Iqbal, former senior judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the President of the Commission.

According to a press release issued by Cabinet Division, the meeting was attended by Mr.Abbas Khan, I.G (R), Mr. Ashraf Jehangir Qazi and Lt. Gen. (R) Nadeem Ahmed Members of the Commission.

The Commission conducted exhaustive interviews of DG Joint Staff Headquarters, Chaklala, Rawalpindi, ACAS (Ops) Air Headquarters Islamabad, Ammunition Expert, Military Operations Directorate, GHQ Rawalpindi.

The officers explained role and functions of their respective organizations including their view point on Abbottabad operation.
