The train, Tezrao, travelling from Karachi to Rawalpindi, jumped the tracks near Tando Adam, he said.

Karmoo, 80, and another unidentified person were killed.
Bogo Khan, an official of the Edhi Foundation, said ambulances had taken the injured passengers to a hospital in Hyderabad. The seriously injured people were shifted to Civil Hospital, Nawabshah.
