ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik said a passport office would be established in District Tank of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while passport office in Dera Ismail Khan would soon start working.
Interior Minister told this in a meeting with Deputy Speaker National Assembly, Faisal Karim Kundi here Thursday.
The two discussed issues pertaining to NADRA and passport in D.I.Khan, said a press release.
Interior Minister said Government is serious in sorting out issues of KPK, especially D.I.Khan, adding it would utilise all resources at its disposal.
He told foolproof security arrangements would be made for Moharramul Haram in D.I.Khan, where the district government has already directed for elaborate measures.
Deputy Speaker commended the working of NADRA in D.I.Khan and thanked Interior Minister for taking interest in people's issues.
