ISE-10 index witnesses bearish trend

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) Wednesday witnessed bearish trend with the ISE-10 index closed at 2986.77 points down by 1.64 points from previous day's trading.

A total of 500 shares were traded, which were down by 500 shares as compared to Tuesday's trading of 1,000 shares.

Out of 148 companies, share prices of 74 companies recorded increase and those of 74 registered decrease.

Pakistan Tobacco remained the top trading company with Rs 47.91 price per share, while that of Akzo Noble Pakistan decreased by Rs.3.91 per share.

Silk Bank were the only company whose shares were 500 traded on Wednesday.
