FRANKFURT: The Frankfurt stock market slumped heavily again on Thursday, with the DAX index of leading shares down by 3.06 percent at 5,766.69 points in morning trading.
The DAX has posted heavy losses in the past week, but also strong gains as equity trading has been rocked by fears the global economy could fall back into recession.
