President's decision to convene all parties conference welcomed

ISLAMABAD: Renowned analyst of political affairs Dr. Rasool Bukhsh Raees has said that the President has taken right decision of convening an all parties conference to evolve a collective strategy on internal and external challenges confronting the nation.

According to private news channel,Dr Raees said since the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) alone couldnt address serious issues of governance, financial crunch and diplomatic isolation in wake of recent developments that is why it is seeking the indulgence of other political parties.

All religious parties and the progressive civil society have uniformity of the thought on the issue of Raymond Davis, saying Pakistan should not accept any pressure from the US and only the courts should be allowed to deal with this issue,he maintained.
