nodaTOKYO: Japan's economy is likely to return to growth in the third quarter but there are several risks to that scenario, including the strong yen, Japanese Finance Minister Yoshihiko Noda said on Monday.

Noda spoke to reporters after data showed Japan's economy contracted less than expected in the second quarter as the country steadily recovered from the March 11 disaster.
