Quetta Express 24 hrs late

QUETTA: The Quetta Express coming from Peshawar reached Quetta on Friday noon, 24 hours after its scheduled time. It is pertinent to mentioned here that it was the second consecutive day as Quetta Express arrived in the provincial capital 24 hours late.

The fasting passengers of the Quetta-bound train had to face hardships due to the scorching heat, non availability of the water and food and slow pace of the train.

They appealed the government to take serious notice of the issue and direct the relevant authorities to improve the Railways service. The railway officials when contacted declined to comment on the issue.
