PORT LOUIS: Mauritius's stock exchange said on Wednesday the South African nutraceuticals and healthcare products firm Go Life International had raised $9.7 million issuing 96.5 million shares, and would start trade on Thursday.
Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) said the initial public offering, which was to raise $20 million through the issue of 200 million shares, had closed on June 30.
Go Life said it will offer for sale on the first day of listing 250,000 shares at a minimum price of $0.10.
