ISLAMABAD: Lt. Gen. (Retd) Talat Masood has suggested that Pakistan should tighten security of its military installations in order to avoid any unforeseen happening in future.
Talking to media on Thursday, he said Pakistan foresees threats from within the country which needs ti be arrested immedietly by beefing up security.
He said Pakistan has been an active partner in the war on terror since 2005, and it has sacreficed so many lives but along with that there is a dire need to stepup the security of important installations.
He gave the example of US which revised its internal security after 9/11, owing to which, Americans never faced any untoward incident.
