Pir Mazhar calls on Sindh Governor

KARACHI: Sindh Senior Minister for Education, Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq on Monday called on Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan at Governor House here.

The situation in education sector in Sindh, particularly ghost schools and ongoing Matriculation examinations were discussed, said a statement.

The Sindh Governor called for coordination between education boards and Department of Education.

He also directed to take effective action against the complaints received during the examinations.

The Sindh Minister apprised the Sindh Governor about the steps taken to improve the standard of education and action taken against the staff of ghost schools.
