ISLAMABAD: Analyst and journalist Rahimullah Yusufzai on Thursday said the main objective of Chairman US Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen's visit to Pakistan is to restore Pak-US relations.
He said Admiral Mike Mullen currently visiting Pakistan for talks on security issues focusing on the anti-terror war and how to ease tension between the two allies.
Replying to a question he said Pakistan had been postponing the issue of training to the FC for long saying it did not need any training but later it had to accept military aid as well as training.
Similarly, there is also difference over drone attacks. Therefore, Michael Mullen has been sent to Pakistan for restoration of relations.
