MQM MNA moves SC against Sharif brothers

mqmKARACHI: A Member of the National Assembly (MNA) belonging to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Iqbal Qadri, has approached the Supreme Court seeking action against top leadership of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) for alleged corruption.

 

The MNA in his petition, which he filed on Saturday in the Supreme Court's Karachi Registry, alleged that PML-N leaders Mian Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif and other members of their family were involved in billions of rupees corruption. He prayed the court to disqualify them.
