Sarabjit's family returns home

imageLAHORE: The wife, two daughters and a sister of Sarabjit Singh, who came to inquire after him, left for home through Wahga Border after a three-day stay here on Wednesday.

Talking to the media at Wahga Border, Sarabjit Singh's sister Dilbeer Kaur said that protection to foreign prisoners in jails was the responsibility of Pakistan government.

She said that they were returning early to India due to illness of her nieces.

It is pertinent to mention here that Sarabjit Singh was critically injured by fellow prisoners at the Kot Lakhpat Jail on April 26 and he was admitted to Jinnah Hospital for treatment.
