LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday expressed a deep sense of sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives in accident near Bhakkar.
The chief minister offered sincere condolences to the bereaved families. The chief minister also sought a report about the accident from the administration and ordered them for the provision of best medical facilities to the injured.
It is pertinent to mention here that an over-speeding bus in Tehseel Darya Khan of Bhakkar hit a rickshwaw due to which five people were killed on the spot and three succumb to injures in a hospital.
The victims included a 10-year- old girl and a woman while the injured had been shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital whereas the bus driver fled.
