ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Talal Chaudhry has said PTI chief Imran Khan should focus on serving masses in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) where his party was in power instead of leveling baseless allegations against others.
Talking to a private news channel, he said PTI had failed to deliver in the province. There was no visible change as the KPK government seemed to be least interested for the welfare of people.
He said Imran Khan should review his policy of double standard. On the one hand, his party leaders were facing corruption charges and on the other he was accusing others of being corrupt.
"The PML-N government believes in politics of serving the masses and it has launched several public welfare projects", he said adding "economy, law and order, and energy situation have improved in the country due to the effective measures taken by the government."
He said international organizations were also acknowledging the fact that there was visible decline in corruption in the country.
To a question, Talal said Imran seemed to be confused as he had filed references in Election Commission of Pakistan and National Assembly, and at the same time, launched a protest movement.
He should wait for the decision of ECP and then decide about the next step, he added.
