KARACHI: Gold improved by Rs 86 to close at Rs 48,771 per 10 grams in the local market Tuesday as its international price moved up to $ 1,595 an ounce, market sources said.
According to Karachi Saraf Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price also increased by Rs 190 to Rs 56,990.
Silver closed higher at Rs 805.71 per 10 grams.
