SC two benches for next week

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted two benches at the Principal seat to hear a number of cases in the upcoming week starting from April 2.

The first bench including Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmani and Justice Gulzar Ahmed while the second bench of Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Athar Saeed will take up a number of cases.

According to cause lists, no application for adjournment through fax will be placed before the Court. If the counsel is unable to appear for any reason the Advocate-on-Record will be required to argue the case. Besides, no adjournment on any ground will be granted.
