SEOUL: US President Barack Obama arrived in South Korea Sunday to hold talks with its leader and attend a nuclear summit, amid tensions with North Korea over an upcoming rocket launch.
Air Force One arrived at a US air base at Osan south of Seoul, an AFP photographer on the plane said.
