ISLAMABAD: Ambassador of Morocco, Mohammed Rida El Fassi paid a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar here at her office on Monday.
Referring to the cordial brotherly relations between Pakistan and Morocco, the Foreign Minister stressed the need to further expand cooperation in the economic, tourism and trade sectors.
She underlined the importance of regular meetings of the Joint Business Council and Joint Ministerial Commission.
The Ambassador thanked the Foreign Minister for receiving him and presented to her a letter from his Foreign Minister, Dr. Saad Dine El Otmani, inviting her to visit Rabat at mutually convenient dates.
The Foreign Minister thanked the Ambassador for the invitation and assured him to undertake a visit to Morocco as soon as possible.
