PESHAWAR: A meeting of the Board of Directors of Pak-Afghan Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be held on March 12-16 at Karachi.
Members of the BoD from Pakistan and Afghanistan would attend the meeting, said a release of the KPCCI here on Saturday.
The Board would meet for evolving election procedure as per constitution of the BoD and passage of a resolution for the appointment of the Board of Directors.
It would also debate matters to determine powers and functions of the President and Vice President of the Chamber, procedure for membership and fee etc besides taking up other relevant issues.
The meeting of the BoD would help boost bilateral trade between the two neighboring countries.
Khyber Pukthunkhwa Chamber of Commerce and Industry would be represented in the meeting by former heads of KPCCI Ghulam Sarwar Khan Mohmand and Usman Bashir Bilour and Senior Vice President Ziaul Haq Sarhadi.
