BRUSSELS: The conditions are in place for eurozone states to give final approval to a second bailout for Greece, the head of Eurogroup eurozone finance ministers Jean-Claude Juncker said in a statement.
Juncker welcomed the successful approval by private creditors of a debt swap deal which will erase more than 100 billion euros ($132 billion) from its debt, and was a key condition for going ahead with up to 130 billion euros in loans in the second bailout package.
