Bilawal orders release of arrested teachers

KARACHI: Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday condemning the use of tear-gas on protesting Sindh government teachers, asked the authorities concerned to immediately release the arrested teachers.

Bilawal said that beating up the peaceful protestors by police was not acceptable and the peaceful protest was the right of every citizen, according to a statement issued here.

He said the PPP had always strived for the rights of masses.
