KARACHI: Governor of Sindh, Imran Ismail here on Tuesday personally attended to the people visiting the complaint cell functional at the Governor House.
Majority of the citizens registered their grievances against civic agencies and public facilities with regard to excessive billing. Some of the complainants also apprised the Governor about the problems being faced by them at the NADRA offices, with specific reference to issuance of National Identity Cards.
They also discussed their problems being faced in context of health and educational facilities in their respective areas of residence. Assuring them that the topmost priority of the government is to solve the difficulties faced by the masses, Sindh Governor also ensured to personally call many of the departments concerned so that the issues could be solved without any unnecessary delay.
He also appealed to the people to approach, without any inhibition or fear, the cell functional in the Governor House as it has been established to help them and get their grievances addressed.
