MCC seizes millions worth Iranian diesel

KARACHI: ASO MCC (Preventive), Karachi, today intercepted a truck bearing No. TMD 196, loaded with cement bags inside 20 feet container at Moachko Check Point. On examination, concealed diesel tank beneath cement bags containing smuggled Iranian diesel was detected,  quantity of smuggled diesel is between 10,000 liters worth Rs. 900,000/-.

Smuggled goods and conveyance have been seized along with arrest of one accused person. Total value of seized goods, container and vehicle is to the tune of Rs. 3,150,000/-
