Representatives of Samsung Company calls on Sindh Governor

KARACHI: A three-member delegation of Samsung International led by its regional chief, Yang Chang called on the Governor of Sindh, Imran Ismail here on Wednesday.
The delegation that also included Husaun Chaui and Umer Ghumman, heading company's mobile business in Pakistan on the occasion expressed their interest in the establishment of Samsung cell phone manufacturing unit in the province.
Mentioning that Samsung is keen to expand its business in Pakistan, in general, Yang Chang said the company already has its manufacturing units in Korea, China, Vietnam, Bangladesh and other countries.
Sindh Governor assuring the delegation to extend needed support in accordance to rules and regulations of the country, said the company could be provided space in the special economic zone for the purpose.
Imran Ismail said PTI government, in accordance to the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan is keen to attract foreign investment in the country and is willing to offer needed facilities.
