Sanofi Aventis declares 100 percent dividend

KARACHI: Sanofi Aventis Pakistan Ltd has posted a higher profit after tax of Rs 229.590 million for the year ending December 31, 2011 and declared a final cash dividend of Rs 10 per share.

According to the financial results of the company despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange on Wednesday, the pre-tax profit surged to Rs 423.416 million in 2011 compared to profit before tax of Rs 401.641 last year.

The earning per share soared to Rs 23.80 as against Rs 23.23 in the same period of 2010.
