SHANGHAI: Chinese shares were up slightly in morning trade on Wednesday after a mixed performance on Wall Street despite agreement on a bailout for Greece, dealers said.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index, which covers both A and B shares, was up 0.10 percent or 2.33 points to 2,383.76.
Eurozone finance ministers agreed on a new 237-billion-euro ($310 billion) bailout designed to keep Greece in the euro-zone in return for tough budget cuts and close oversight of its government.
