KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Thursday at 21,217.95 points with a positive change of 134.53 and volume of 67,062,000 shares. High and Low were 21,362.35 and 21,083.42 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 27 were up, 3 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 136,687,600 shares. Total companies traded were 342 of which 212 were positive, 109 were negative and 21 were unchanged.

Technology and Communication was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 33,355,000 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 16,038,100 shares.
