RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Tuesday at 21,162.97 points with a positive change of 38.80 and volume of 55,144,000 shares. High and Low were 21,272.59 and 21,107.20 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 12 were up, 15 were down and 3 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 90,623,370 shares. Total companies traded were 332 of which 111 were positive, 194 were negative and 27 were unchanged.

Power Generation and Distribution was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 15,638,500 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 15,632,900 shares.
