Anti-judiciary speeches: Justice Mubeen refuses to sit in larger bench

Justice Shahid Mubeen of the Lahore High Court here Monday refused to sit in the bench hearing petitions against anti-judiciary speeches of Nawaz Sharif and others due to personal reasons.
The bench comprising Justice Syed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi referred the case to the chief justice for the constitution of any other bench for disposal of the matter. This is second time when a full bench formed to hear these petitions stood dissolved.
