KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Wednesday at 21,132.42 points with a negative change of -355.14 and volume of 93,481,400 shares. High and Low were 21,432.69 and 20,997.84 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 3 were up, 27 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 145,627,760 shares. Total companies traded were 350 of which 56 were positive, 278 were negative and 16 were unchanged.

Power Generation and Distribution was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 20,655,500 shares. It was followed by Cable and Electrical Goods with a total traded volume of 16,834,880 shares.
