Karachi Development Authority (KDA), on Friday launched one window lease facility at the Civic Centre here at a inauguration ceremony. KDA Director General, Sami-ud-Din Siddiqui while addressing the inauguration ceremony said that since 1957, KDA has played a vital role in the development of the metropolis.
A lot of projects include public housing schemes, low cost housing schemes, flyover, express-ways and other infrastructures works done by qualified and experienced engineers of KDA with their expertise, he said.
He said that since last 20 years citizen remained deprived of their rights of lease while due to the efforts of mazdoor union and KDA officers' one window lease facility have been inaugurated and citizen will get benefit from this.
Sami-ud-Din Siddiqui said that, within a month low cost housing scheme will be launched for the downtrodden peoples.
