Provincial quota allocations: NAB chief vows to make appointments as per law

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman, former Justice Javed Iqbal Sunday reiterated his firm resolves to make appointments in bureau on provincial quota allocations as per law. He, in his first address to bureau's officers after assuming charge as chairman last year, promised that the NAB would make appointments on merit and no province would be deprived of its provincial quota, a press release said.
In the light of the above commitment, NAB chairman has decided to advertise the posts of director, additional director and assistant director as per provincial quota of Balochistan lying vacant in the bureau. Whereas the vacant posts of other provinces including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Punjab would also be filled on merit as per provincial quota.
