Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) Provincial Chairman Sikandar Khan Sherpao said that cordial relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan have vital significance for the regional security and fight against terrorism.
He was speaking to locals and party bearer during a visit to Mohmand Agency, wherein QWP provincial general secretary Hashim Babar, Malik Nusrat, Malik Haneef and Amjid Mohmand were also present on this occasion. Sikandar Sherpao said that mutual dialogues were the only solution to end terrorism and extremism. He said that both countries should touch upon cooperation and firm resolve to eradicate the unrest on both sides of the border. "Both Islamabad and Kabul should promote security and stability through fruitful dialogues" he said. He also condemned the recent major incidents of terrorism in Afghanistan and urged both the countries to extend collective strategies for eradication of terrorism and extremism.
QWP provincial chief said that it is the need of the hour that both the neighboring countries should join hands to take uniformed stand against terrorism in order to restore sustainable, peace and strengthened economies of the two countries.
