RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Wednesday at 21,150.09 points with a negative change of -161.55 and volume of 84,873,700 shares. High and Low were 21,391.68 and 20,772.45 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 10 were up, 19 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 138,104,150 shares. Total companies traded were 358 of which 103 were positive, 231 were negative and 24 were unchanged.

Chemicals was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 24,626,460 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 20,168,500 shares.
